Situated in the Sierra de las Nieves nature reserve, close to the Spanish village of Guaro in Andalucia you will find Al Karruba (The Carob Tree). A charming holiday hideaway. It is attached to, but completely independent from the owners own villa and offers very comfortable accommodation for those who seek peace and relaxation. Perfect for bird watching, nature lovers and star gazers. Lie by the pool, sit in the sun with a good book and let the stress slip away.

The property consists of an open plan living area that leads directly out on to a covered and private patio. There is satellite TV and WiFi connection for those who cannot leave it ALL behind them. The kitchen area is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, hob, microwave and oven. The large bathroom has a bath with shower over, a sink, toilet, and a washing machine.

A curtained archway gives access to the spacious bedroom which has a king-sized bed and leads through to a dressing room with fitted wardrobes.

In addition to this there is a completely private seating area, known as “the Point.” Here you will find breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains, countryside and the white villages of Alozaina and Yunquera in the distance.

The pool area with gazebo and BBQ is exclusively for the use of guests. The swimming pool is a good size at 8×4 m. and has Roman steps for easy access.

The village of Guaro is a gentle climb of 1km along a track that is easily accessed by a normal car or even on foot. It offers a small selection of shops for your daily needs, restaurants and tapas bars.

The cosmopolitan resort of Marbella is around 20 minutes away by car so should you tire of all the peace and tranquillity you are within easy reach of many of the best beaches and amenities that the Costa del Sol has to offer.

This lovely holiday apartment has much to recommend it, comfort, peace and relaxation, fabulous views, marvellous bird life and easy access to the Costa del Sol.

All rates are per week. 50% Deposit required on booking. Change over day is flexible. Not suitable for children.
